Energy Flows Where Attention Goes

Energy FLOWS where ATTENTION GOES.  This is a huge statement and so true! 

Source Energy has no judgement, it doesn't say this energy vibration is good and this vibration is bad (that's just humans who do that...).  Source Energy MATCHES your energy, and you create energy by placing your attention on anything - whether it is money (lack draws more lack, abundance draws more abundance), relationships (how bad is it?  How GOOD is it?), community (working together or against), the world (war, poverty, or joy).  The more "air time" you give to any given subject the stronger the vibration you send out to the Universe.  And that vibration is what is sent back to you.  Sooo, when you notice that you are talking about or thinking about how bad things are... complaining about your kids, your partner, your community, the news on TV... remind yourself that Energy FLOWS where ATTENTION GOES and CHANGE where you place your attention.  Have a mantra (saying) that resonates only good thoughts within your heart and repeat it - over and over and over again - until you feel the positive vibration and you can let go of the negative thought pattern.  My hope is that as we all grow and are exposed to many different thoughts, we remind ourselves about energy and how we create ALL that is in our lives!  Choose Joy - its a great vibration!
