Craving Chocolate??  Here are some wonderful benefits of DARK CHOCOLATE that may help to reduce the "guilt" of eating chocolate...

Dark Chocolate contains:  Neutral fat and no cholesterol; antioxidants to help reduce free radicals in your blood stream; calcium (more than 8oz of milk); flavanoids (vasodialators, thus decreasing blood pressure); magnesium which we can never have enough of.  

Dark Chocolate triggers the body to release:  Endorphins - your bodies natural pain killers; PHA (the chemical produced by the body when falling in love -- yeah!); and neurotransmitters, also known as seratonin.
